Judges Name:

(If you enter your name here it will be included when sent to the writer, if you wish to remain anonymous do not enter anything and I will put your judge's number in the spot.)

Instructions: Enter the amount of points you give the category next to the given spot, then write your thoughts of their use (or lack) of that element. Since your thoughts are more helpful to the author than a number score please write at least two sentences under each category even for those categories that you have scored high. I have placed some questions beside each category to help those that might not know what to say. Do not limit yourself just answering those questions.

**Note: The Judges should not judge the original selection, only the author's words.**
